Since 2003 in Seattle the sounds on TnM tracks originate in their musical imagination. They are a collage of hard-hitting bass lines, virtuoso drum programming, dark & gritty vocals all mixed with infectious melodies and hook-laden lyrics. Danny studied Audio Production at the Seattle Art Institute & has been writing electronic music as well as DJing since ‘97. Dillin studied music theory at Seattle Pacific University with over 10 years of classical piano training & has been writing music since 2000 as well as DJing since 1997. April of ‘04, they released their first album "Are You Ready?" which has found an audience of several thousand listeners. Their second album, Wake Up is scheduled for completion by summer of ‘06.

Dave’s first serious music project, Casual Groove Therapy, released an album in 2000 that blended 14 musicians into one full length CD. Returning to Portland after playing in New York City with CGT, Dave began working with DJ Mauricio/FractAlien, putting together the basis of The Obscure Project.. Mauricio’s music draws from a well of diverse sounds and influences include classical Indian, psy-trance, trip-hop, breaks, d&b, progressive, hip-hop & ambient. He has played with and often opened for world class talent such as Tipper, the Disco Biscuits, Hallucinogen, Younger Brother, Eat Static, Infected Mushroom, Jim Hopkins of Electroliners, Shulman, Bluetech, Hive, & others. Currently he likes to weave together unique soundscapes composed of his own music blended with fitting samples & selected tracks from other artists topped with a touch of live scratching. Rachel was raised on the emu-farm. She developed her lovely voice by singing to the emus to get them sleep at nights. (sidenote: she used to work with llamas as well, but was involved in a horrible spitting accident.) She was later abducted by Aliens while traveling in Machu Pichu. She no longer exists on this dimension and is just a holographic representation beamed through a wormhole from the far reaches of the multiverse.

(www.arithmattik.com - www.myspace.com/mattik)
Arithmattik began playing breaks at the age of 19, and by 21 was already appearing regularly on fliers alongside names such as: DJ Dara, Hive, Cause 4 Concern, Infiltrata, etc. As Arithmattik progressed his track selection became harder and mixing style longer and more frequent. Before long he found his love for the broken beat expanding to include varieties of Drum and Bass. He began finding ways to incorporate DnB into his Breakbeat sets while maintaining the elongated seamless mixing he is known for. Arithmattik now plays entirely Drum and Bass sets regularly in the Greater Northwest Area.
