So yeah Im going to be booking Studio 415 on March 24, 2007 for my 20th birthday. I need help. Its gonna be huge hopefully. My hope is to have all 3 stages and have it go all night. I know I can promote the hell out of it and make enough money to pay for it all. My guess is presale will be 15$, door will be 20$, and afterparty for non VIPs will be a 5$ reentry fee. i want to get some kick ass headliners i have ideas of who i want. but i mainly need help cuz i dont really know what the fuck im doing.

I honestly will not be allowing drugs in to my party. if people get past security with drugs that is not my problem.

Try to throw a party is not the word. Im going to throw a party and I do have some friends that know what there doing and are willing to help out a little but i am also going to work on it my self. I agree Not giving a fuck status is just ducky. Before I started raving, before the invention of the wheel, I used to listen the punk rock, and we used to think something called D.I.Y. was cool. Most of the first ravers out of London where punk and practiced D.I.Y. Most of the first ravers did not give a fuck and threw renegade partys in a warehouse they broke into.

I think the attitudes have changed a lot since this time. A lot of the people who are organizing things in the rave scene see them selves as part of something established and feel that things have to be done a certain way. This is what is called the establishment.

The attitudes that some of these kids are throwing at you now come from the fact that they see themselves as having some kind of position in the RAVE scene. Truth be told there is no position and they need people to like them for them to come to their parties. They think that by knocking down the new guy they can keep their position in the rave scene. The truth be told they end up alienating themselves from the new kids coming into the scene and they are not drawing people at their parties a few years later.

Do what you want to do. Do not give a fuck. And throw a rad party.
