It'd be interesting to see, but you better make sure you advertise this before doors (look at the 'blood' issue from Doom reviews). And make sure the venue knows in advance what is going to happen and that you tell them in advance that you will be handling cleanup or any damages from jello being thrown all over, which will inevitably happen.

I remember TBBJ at the Annex and all the whip cream was a smelly mess to cleanup the next day and found every crack and crevice in the building. I'd assume jello would be much the same.
