Hello I am planning a 2 stage+ event for the portland area scheduled for June 2nd.
Event has a HUGE 2600+ capacity venue that will be fully permitted (ms society will be assisting with this)
Awesome Parking and Access.
Event will include many elements of our community and culture (im not talking about just the electronic scene here) with artists and musicians performing / playing throughout the day and into the night.
This event will benefit the National MS Society (3 people in my family not including myself have multiple sclerosis) as well as several other non profit community resources. We will be using lots of promotional resources and will have 50k flyers and 2k posters to be handed out/posted from seattle to bend.
Any volunteers to help coordinate different elements of this event would be greatly apreciated (even passing out flyers, hanging up posters)
Event volunteer meeting scheduled to take place first week of march (havent set location due to the fact i dont have an estimated size of response/space needed to present plans/coordinate)
Tribe will be set up this week and I will include the info on that here asap!

[edit 2] Event rescheduled due to massive response and the addition of several sponsors. Event will now be held at a outdoor location and be a multi day event.
DarkFears and Reasonable Insanity will still hold a event on June 2nd which will be massively groundbreaking in the nw dnb scene. MASSIVELY!
We will still feature visual art, and several live art demonstrations @ this event as well, with special guest artists u dont want to miss if u are a dnb hed.
