what a show!
yea....there had to be 700+ people there....I'm estimating.....maybe much more
Funginears came on 1st..in the lounge....with their style of a puppet show
I've seen them a few times..and its pretty good
then Flowmotion came on, on the main stage, and played some rock that got the people dancing and up and moving
always a great band to watch
then..as part of Bassnectar's whole new album's tourt, Underground Communications,
there was that 15 minute video about media control, politics, and freedom of speech/internet
then Bassnectar
another great performance!!
this was like the 15th time I've seen him play
we was dropping a bunch of hip-hop tempo breaks, hip-hop, and sped it up at points to dnb and old school breaks, and more
the rappers were pretty good that sung on a few songs
and I was amazed that he had 2 other members that formed a band for him...they sounded great!
the visual screens and lights during his set were really impressive
Bassnectar...still one of my 3 favorite djs/acts
then Zilla performed
great jam-rock going on here
I wound up leaving at the end of their set
then the Funginears were going to play into the early morning
great vibe, great party, very many people
always an awesome party when Bassnectar comes around
from the music, the crews, & merchandise booths & special information booths...this was a great tour
now.....to finally listen to the new Bassnectar album I bought there!
