I am willing to pay $250-400 a month depending on how great the place is. I won't have much of a deposit at first, but I am willing to pay it if I can pay it like a week or 2 after I move in. I need low move in costs but after that I will always have rent and utilities. I am willing to live pretty much anywhere as long as it is no more than a 20 or 30 minute bus ride or Max ride to downtown, right now i'm in Oregon City and that does NOT work for me at all, it takes at least an hour, sometimes an hour and a half to get downtown.
I am a very nice and honest person who needs a room to live in! I prefer to find a house with some very open minded and chill people who are 420 friendly, and I love musicians because I am wanting to be one as well. I would like roomates who can stand electronic music (of course), and if you are a dj, then bonus for me because I am trying to learn. But I am into all kinds of other music as well, and love bands, especially if they are jammin in my house! I am reliable, and I have 2 JOBS! I want to live where ever I move into for a long period of time, which is why i'm trying to post on here and find a happy situation. I am health concious and don't watch T.V. hardly ever, you don't have to be that way, but unless there is internet I won't help with the cable bill. I want to learn to dj and play instruments, and I want to spend this winter learning to produce music on a Mac and on hardware. I won't be noisy when people are asleep, i am very respectful. But during the day or when ever i am permitted by roomies or law, I like to turn up the music a bit. I am VERY social and get along with many people, but I am cautious about who I bring home because i have to be able to trust them for them to be in my house. I have too much on the line in life just to invite anybody over.
Like I said, I have 2 jobs now and will never be short of rent, and if I lose one job I quickly gain another. I am good at gaining employment.
In short, I am a ridiculously rad roomate. The only thing I really require is that my roomates be clean and respectful, just as I will be. I clean up after myself daily, and I try not to wake others when they are asleep.
