Check out Hybrid Records, They along with Destructive Records, seem to be putting the majority of trance/breaks out. I know I'm in love with most of their work

Y3K deep progressive breaks LP's and the cd mixed by hyper(on distinctive breaks)
and sasha and digweeds northern exposure cd's have a fair amount of breaky trance on them too
