Name all of the people who've died that you've known from the Nw scene in the past

I just felt like there should be a thread for this. I keep losing track of people who died and a lot of them were my friends or people I knew vaguely. I'll start with just one because I forget many peoples' last names:

Ephraim Alexander. I believe he died in his sleep as a result of forgetting to take his insulin. Fairly normal way to go but he was a long time buddy of mine. He was one of the first friends I had who DJ'd dnb... rip.

Mike Faust, he was more of an acquaintance to me, but a lot of my friends were pretty close. He was a great drum n bass dj in the PDX scene in the late 90's/early this decade. He played techno too.

Oh god! I forgot about him... see, this is why I wanted this thread. I remember when he passed but it had been so long I almost forgot about him entirely. I didn't know him well but he was a super sweet guy, totally cute and funny... great energy. Really sad.
