just moved to oregon from arizona!!

I'm Shanyn, My boyfriend and I just moved here from Phoenix, Arizona... Land of the infamous desert parties...... I live in Salem and am achin' to meet some people..!

My boyfriend spins breaks and has been doing that for almost 7 years!!

I'm really into breaks, DnB, Dubstep, trance.... the good ish :)

but, anyhow... that's me.

Salem used to be cool, now it pretty much sucks. Move up here to Portland.
But seriously Quickster and I both lived there for most of our lives we know what we are talking about.
The living cost is almomost as high as Portland, but hey you get the state fairgrounds.... get ahold of me maybe I could introduce you to a few people. I hope you like golf.

40 miles in Oregon (or Washington) is not the same as 40 miles in Arizona. The only thing about Arizona that I miss is the 90mph hop between Eloy and Phoenix taking about half an hour or something. Oregon's speed limits are well enforced; the terrain is unaccommodating and so is the weather.

We're going to move to portand eventually. it's just SO cheap to live here in Salem, and you just CAN'T beat what I pay in rent.... so if I have to pay more in gas, whateva ;)

Outdoor parties here are deep in the foresty areas, and are actually alot of fun, as you can go exploring (and theres lots of good areas if you need to take a leak and don't want to use the usually destroyed outhouses)!

Normally during the summer, its not that cold at night. It can be as warm as 60-70 at night. But with all the running around and dancing I usually find I warm up pretty quickly.;)

There will be a great party in Salem the weekend of June 27th. I am throwing my own birthday stage there at the party, its gona be a ton of fun. I will shoot you some info!

Yeah, back home we don't usually go out unless he was booked.... but I figure I outta make some friends.. My girl is 6 months :) She's very into new people right now too!

I'm super excited to meet some people. but, since I'm not 21.... no clubs yet :(

I will, as soon as I possibly can..... I haven't been to a party since February... and.... it was in this building that was 10 stories up. You had to take this elevator of DEATH that would stop on random floors and not close......... and blah. but, the sound was SO kick ass that when my guy was playing... the stucco fell from the celing :)
