NEVER NEVER SEND A PICTURE OF YOURSELF TO SOMEONE YOU CHAT WITH ON THE COMPUTER WHO HAS MADE YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR SCARED.

i think people are kinda misunderstanding. The page appears to be randomly generated xhtml, but the pics and quotes (like for example the 3 frame GIF of the unibrow on the beach, that looks like amateur Lightwave work or something) is not actually being built with html....
Its just randomly rebuilding the page from a bunch of elements. Refresh it a few times and see for yourselves. Interesting example of how dynamic xhtml is, although each iteration itself could have been built in HTML.

After a little testing, I'm not sure exactly what triggers it. That time I refreshed about five times and then all of a sudden got a new page. Other times it took 2 tries. It could be time-base or something.
edit: disappointing, I'm seeing repeats. Maybe it's not all that random after all, perhaps it just has a few different pages to load.

I'm getting the same 2 things. I think that it's pulling different php content every few secs or so.
Here is some of the java I pulled from the code that is an example.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
<!-- Begin
var message = new Array();
// RAFAEL sez:Set your messages below -- follow the pattern.
// To add more messages, just add more elements to the array.
message[0] = "";
// Set the number of repetitions (how many times the arrow
// cycle repeats with each message).
var reps = 2;
var speed = 50; // Set the overall speed (larger number = slower action).
This may be something that is prefab'd with the google-analytics..??
I don't know too much about Java .....yet ;)
