Does anyone have a link, or intimately know the laws revolving around graffiti in seattle? I'm having a hard time finding the actual text of the law(s) through google.

Here, let me help you.

Ask yourself two questions...

Am I in Seattle? and Is it fun?

If you answered "Yes" to both questions, then it's a class 5 felony punishable by 500,000 years in prison and about a zillion dollars in fines.
