Flipsta and Maximus are my favorite locals. Not only do they rock shows but they make beats too! Their new CD "Serial Sickness" is dope!

Techno : Nate (well he's FROM PDX he just happens to live in Eugene right now)
Jungle : Tamara! (haha ok I know she's in seattle now but she's from pdx images/smilies/smile.gif) Ok so for the real PDX one then I'd have to say Dorian and Troy.

As for the "Serial Sickness" CD, DRJ's trax are the ones that stand out in my mind. Yall should keep an eye out for that guy...better than a DJ, he's DRJ!! haha..Like they're superheros or something..
