The yogis of ancient times tell, there are 7 major Chakras and hundreds of minor Chakras, but there is one that binds our tribe more than then any other, the Beat Chakra.
Whether we find ourselves in the desert radically expressing ourselves to our truest potential or home in the Pacific northwest gathering under starry skies or in sweaty clubs, its always on the dance floor.
This is our first event and at a new location on the Northside, at JADE a newly renovated Bar, Restaurant, Lounge with a sick sound system and a special keg of Laganitas IPA on tap along with many other fine Ales, Spirits and great food.
We are planing on showcasing local up and coming talent playing Minimal, Tech-house, Techno, and Electro both DJs and LIVE PA as well as live visionary art.
Please join us to get down to good beats, and meet good folks.
"Meditation is not to escape from society, but to come back to ourselves and see what is going on. Once there is seeing, there must be acting. With mindfulness, we know what to do and what not to do to help." - Thich Nhat Hanh
