So I have mixed feelings about this. Basically this is an attempt to give more high tech jobs to americans, from the little that I've read. The problem with this is fewer and fewer Americans go for these sort of careers nowadays. In my classes, both in community college and WSU, all the classes involving math or engineering are where foreign students contained a big portion, if not a dominating cut of, the enrollment. This could hurt America's competitiveness because much of our innovation comes from immigrants who school here for post secondary school. Another stripe against the stimulus, I guess. I also guess I don't have mixed feelings about this. I don't like it.
