Hey guys

We have a company called EarBuddies, we sell high-quality hearing protection that doesn't muffle sound. http://www.EarBuddies.ca

Our target market is mainly musicians and music-lovers.

We're new to Vancouver, Canada and are keen to get our brand out there.

We need to get in contact with people that can are in on the music scene. Someone that can help us get the EarBuddies brand out there, and help us sell heaps of earplugs.

Do you have a store that could stock with your earplugs? Are you a promotor that needs some sponsoring? Do you need prizes for a competition coming up? Are you in a band and want to sort out your band mates with earplugs while you get a free pair?

We're interested in anyone, please contact us with what you're all about and how you think we could help each other.

Cheers
Deb

i work in a wood shop all day long with lots of loud saws and machinery and such, and i'm always coming and going into the office. i usually keep my earplugs in when entering the office, but i'm always conscious about how loud i'm speaking going from one environment to another. do you think this is something that might help me in my situation? i always feel like i'm talking too loud.

Hi Sea Envy

Thanks for the message.

Working in a very loud environement and then going to a quiet environement is a tricky one. You naturally adjust the volume of your voice. I would think the saws and machines would be extremely loud - so you would need foam earplugs or earmuffs to properly protect your hearing. Our earplugs can turn down the sound only up to 20 decibels - so this may not be enough to protect you.

When going from a loud environment to a quiet one with our earplugs on you don't feel like you're yelling too loud as the differenece isn't too extreme.

Hope this helps you.
