just got home.....


and all i gotta say is that shit was BANGIN!!

if you didn't go, you missed out on one hell of a party.


there was a shit ton of peeps there, and there was STILL a fat ass line at the door when i was leaving (1:30 am ish)


when i got there the upstairs was already poppin off. the upstairs was the Smokeshack room, and the downstairs was the h$m room.

Soundwave was just finishing up downstairs and bobby numonic was getting on and it was going off!

Myk was dropping some sick ass electro cuts, warming the crowd up proper, they were straight up eating out of his hands with his tunes, then dropped the WHOMP with some filthy fuckin dubstep. I was impressed and he was having a fuckin blast.

I got on, and finally (first time in like almost six years) was able to mix out of another djs set since the tempos were moderately the same.

the ravers were LOVIN the jumpstyle and totally had me confident.

I wanted to thank Domino for policing the front and helping to keep hands off the table since the needles could skip.


it was so hot in there that i was soaked and sweat was straight up running off my face but it was great. As Myk put it, it was "The Smokeshack weightloss plan" lol!

then my man Wheelz came on and stole the show. He's Seattles Hardstyle King and he fuckin shredded from the second he plugged his headphones in. it was an honor to play his stage and open for him, what can I say, I have favorite djs too and he's one of em!

Mad props to Jimmy Hoffa for a killer party and I give mad love and respect to the Harvard $treet Mafia and Smokeshack for having me out and I hope to do it again real soon!

It was great to see Jess and Jimmy again, and The Skatebarn looked great!

Before today, hadn't touch viynal in about a year!! Seriously, started off the night by enternaining the kids in the 2nd room with their bday party going on. Little kid came up to me and was like DJ, I wanna see you DJ! I said you guys about to sing happy birth day to someone? They all noded and I was like, Not doin anything till you guys sing! Right after scratched into a track for em and it made my WEEK putting me on cloud 9 for the rest of the party, so tried to be as nice to everyone as possible!
Good vibes thru my set and Bobby started with the G tech!! Never saw him play before but expected good things from H$M's first DJ! He held it down and bumped a bangin set!
O...G...COREY LEE, spun pretty well!! Didnt expect him to play hard house, but... RESPECT, kept it bangin and threw it down NICELY
Wheelz, need anyone freakin say more? THE MAN IS THE MAN and da ISH!! From where I started back home in philly, to every city Ive been, to every headliner Ive seen, The mang is is like me in unreal tournament 3... GOD LIKE! HA, thats really GOOD for da slow peeps out der!
Kreeper was the last set I caught cause me jay and billy were all cillen at the shack table, BUT, some chick came up to MYK and was like "I stopped listening to Day and Night cause it got boring, but YOUR VERSION WAS DANK" Ive never herd a song refered to as DANK, but its the version I think, YA ITS PRETTY SCHWEET, and I KNOW he can throw it down! obviously DID!
But Kreeper, never really herd him play but this chick who was straight ... I dont even know was like, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DIRECT ME TO THE BREAKS OR DNB! I said ummm, Your closest best is down there, and she was like WHAT cocky like, I said GO THAT WAY JUST TRUST ME...
Half hour Later I saw her UP FRONT JAMMIN DA F@#@ OUT! I asked her when I saw her, I was right huh? She was like... YUP!! Wasnt expecting DNB specially since the first track I herd was breaks, But YA G, Tore it up!

Amidst the great time, I'm pretty sad to hear that a girl overdosed and passed away? One of my buddies I was with actually helped out a girl who was overdosing, don't know if it's the same, but we're really worried about it. Does anyone know anything about this, or if it's a fact or not?

That girl was fine - wasn't even overdosing. She was friends with a buddy of mine, and wound up alright. Apparently just hadn't ate in a few days. 15 year olds, man.. I tell you..

what a crazy night!
me and about 15 of my friends came up from Portland, we brought a few first timers and let me say that this was not a disappointing first time! The venue was sickkk. I'd never been there before. I first got in and Myk had just went on, what a way to warm me up! And then Bobby Ritalin was pretty off the chains, and Wheelz... absolutely blew my mind. He pretty much raved me out! but than check 6 came on and I just couldn't stop. When he played raver, me and my buddies were going crazy! either way, one of the best raves i've been to. good job guys!

Mad love to all my hardstyle soldiers that were straight going mental to my set...enduring that heat was insane...But in my opinion if its like that its got to be a good night...had that old school rave feel to me...thanks to everyone that hit up the Smokeshack booth and picked up a shirt or hoodie...greatly appreciate the support....All in all I think it was a good night until someone unplugged almost all the sound for check6 right when he went on , but he rocked it anyways..see you all for the next SmokeShack and H$M show the end of june...

Actually, the girl I carried out at the end was given a drink with GHB in it. She was comatose for roughly 3 hours but got better, and she's fine. We know who gave it to her, and it is being handled.
