House & techno; many variations therein. Some older tracks in the mix... respect to Detroit.

I'm just getting to the end of this mix right now. This may sound like odd criticism (and it is), but I would rather have heard this in a club than on my headphones, if that makes sense. Good mix, definitely had me moving over my keyboard, but the music is much more physically engaging than mentally, of course, so it's tough to really feel satisfied for having sat here and listened to it while coding.

I may end up burning it to a CD and listening in my car, though. This would make for great early-summer cruising.

Of course not... aside from Chicago (where I grew up), Seattle is the longest I've lived somewhere and the wife and I are still really attached to the city. We'll probably be up here every 6 months to visit family, so we won't be far :D

lol makes total sense. It's unfortunate that more in the northwest don't play stuff like this out... there's some really amazing music that never hits club/party speakers.
