Any suggestion on a good bike rack that attaches to a trailer hitch on the rear of the car/suv. I want something thats easy to get your bike from the rack and easy access to rear boot so a swing type one might however just wondering about stability and the bike from scratching each other and possibly the car. Looking for one that holds four bikes, thanks!

i was looking at thule but nothing specifically for my car but yakima has some specifically for my car plus it swings. Then i saw a cheap one (BELL) at sport store for 50$ that holds four.

my experience, the cheap bell ones are great for one or two summers at best. and that's if you take good care of 'em.
Yakima & thule, you can abuse & abuse some more & they take it like a champ.
if yakima makes a swing arm one specific for your car. go for that one.
I haven't looked into the "hitch" style ones mostly for vans & SUV's (?) but Thule really doens't make one that swings out? weird

well, my family has owned several yakima & thule rack systems. both have their ups & downs...but really both are sturdy & well made.
my set lasted through a tree encounter and god knows how many ski seasons.
my old rooftop bike rack was rad...until i forgot to attach the swing arm that holds the bike upright. mom & i driving home from PDX with my bike up top after the STP. I was passed out, wake up to someone honking at us, when i opened my eyes i about had a heart attack. There was my handlebars & seat sitting RIGHT THERE IN MY FACE...scared teh crap outta me

I just put a rack on my truck to carry kayaks and snow skis and I went to Rack Attack. I was really impressed with their service and selection. Here is the link to their website: http://www.rackattack.com/rack-attack-portland.asp
I did a lot of research online and in person and they seemed to be the most knowledgeable and willing to help.
I went with Yakima mainly because they had a discount sale going on, but also because they are a local company.
Good Luck!

This is the truth! I found them to be helpful, but they didn't really know very much about the product.

I would go with the Carmen Electra. One of the nicer racks I've seen...
