Yakima sooooo needs this party! Thank you starfighter! With such a phat lineup i dont know who could resist. DJ Wiggles is gonna rock the decks! The breaks Brothers are two that you just cannot miss, i could go all night long listenin' to those two mix it up. Ive heard mad props on Jimni Cricket, Im excited to hear if all it true.And of course, Nate DJ comin back to yakima to show us all his moves on the decks! im just too excited! Maybe this little town of ours will finally have the breakthough that it needs.. maybe :)

hey there jus updated Binke's info.

plus the toy drive has been changed to a free water w/ a toy for a child w/ cancer. enterance is now a flat $5 @ the door. so all you out of town peeps can afford the gas money, besides this party will be well worth the short drive!

glad to see your all interested. this is also a revival event so come on out here and help out a growing scene. yakima's waited a long time for a party like this.

also i'm sweet talking the speakers as i type. you know taking them out to dinner, buying them chocolate, that sourta thing. that way they'll be all buttered up and ready for all night speaker freakin. and believe me this line up is garunteed to give those speakers a work out and climax your eardrums! just remember to thank the speaker for freakin, they hate when they feel used. hehe

hehe the headliners want about 2 hour sets which put me about 3 hours/djs over my planed time/line up. so rather than making the 3 djs spin hella early or late i'm working on booking the rest of UHF to make a 3rd area. no promisses yet, but if they don't work out i'll find other people to book. so if the venue owner okays it there'll be 3 areas of pure bliss and delightment!

i hope its not the breaks brothers im thinking of, because last time i saw them spin(a house party) i had to ask them out of curiosity if they knew how to beatmatch and they said they didnt need to know how to beatmatch to spin. i got in an arguement about that with them but they just kept saying that i was just jealous cause i wasnt spinning and they were. if it is the same two i guess it would be interesting to see if they are still up to their old tricks.

hhc-jake: what major city do you live by? maybe you can car pool w/ someone.

charlie B- YAAAAAYYY!! havin UHF represent makes me happy, i jus need to know names, if the have other companies, & genere of music. so i can post it on the board, info line, and line up.

Kid lcarus- where did you see them spin? i know there's some rummors about the Breakz Bros out there but with out dj c/rime this event would be possible. dj c/rime got me the venue, info line, designed a flyer, and other things. but that's not the only reason i'm headlinning the Breakz Bros, dj C/rime has come along way in his mixing lately, he even has a demo cd out now. also since they're working as a team i'm sure it'll be some quallity mixin, plus some sic tracks. Plus they're local which is highly unusual in Yakima (all our good djs move to Seattle or PDX)

The Breaks Brothers did play @ a house party in Bellingham and had a bit of trouble getting things going... but that all was due to bad tables, any time the music would start to bump, so would the tables, making the records skip, entirely not their fault. That was also at the beginning of their 2x4 careers. All the kinks are definately worked out and they will be servin some phat mixes. But i suppose everyone has their opinion... here's mine. have a good one.
