Claude VonStroke was AMAZING!!! He was a god damn chuggin BASS machine!!!! Seriously thank you everyone who represented this type of hybrid showcase!

The bearded wonder wanted to personally say thank you to everyone involved in giving him the best Portland experience he has had to date!!!! There was no denying the vibe!!!

People dancing on the stage behind the stage infront of the stage on the walls hanging from the ceiling
!!!! and Mr. VonStroke with an ear to ear smile!!!! There is no way we could have done any of this wiht out all of your support!!!

Those of you who came from another show.... you freakin rock!!!

those of you who came for CVS... yeah thats right you know whats up!

and those who had never been to a party before... welcome to Portland!!!!

again... Thank You to each and every person who helped in any way with last nights show!!! I don't care how small it was .. trust me it adds up and it had to happen by someone ... so Thank you!!!

Oh and did anyone notice how perfect it sounded in the tent!? never sounded better!

It sounded great and CVS was beyond amazing.
4 hours of stellar beats and good friends and drinking and dancing.
Had a mighty fine time.
Thanks LateNight Renegades. (Jeff, you are seriously doing shit for this town that needs to be done.
Mad respect to you for always throwing quality events w/ amazing talent.
You are all about the music and thats what its all about. ) Thanks to everyone else involved as well.
That tent was packed, but I was stoked it was outside because it was not too hot, or too cold w/ all the warm bodies.
Last night was one to remember. Would love to see some pictures.

Much thanks to Jeff and the whole 2410 team for all thier hard work pulling this one off.. Sucks I had to work today cause I left around four thirty but I would have kept dancing for a few more hours at least and prolly into the sunr., and ... Vibe was thick as hell positively...nothing but shaking asses and smiling faces.

Keep bringing the quality talent!

I'm so bummed I missed this.

I was out of town for a funeral, but my wife went and said it was one of the best sets she had heard in a long long time.

Biggups L8nite Renegades...I hope you bring him back soon.

Nice one guys! Happy to hear the party went well. Wish I could've been there, but I had prior commitments.

Definitely planning on bringing CVS back to Seattle soon (it's been two years now since he played here for Decibel). Hopefully Seattle is ready for him this time around.

Well u know we will be there representing in full effect!! The man is truly a beast! Christian Martin still holds the 6 hr marathon title but whoa Barclay pulled out all the stops w/ this special 5 1/2 hr set!! From hot new CVS re-edits to special tacks marked "Portland" to that drum n bass Aundy rmx!!! There was no stopping him!!!

Please we need more pictures from anyone! My camera is down and Claude VonStroke would like to add the pics from the show on his blog!

SICK!!!

I had such a good time that I lost my wallet. :.(
All cards are cancelled but Im mostly concerned with getting my ID back since I'm leaving for SF in two days. It's a black Puma wallet with a silver stripe. I also had a decent amount of cash in there. Poor me. Any help would be appreciated & no questions asked.

I had a blast at this show! Thank you Jeff for such a great opportunity. Playing the warm-up set before Claude VonStroke was a dream becoming reality, so much fun! Thanks to Quillan & Cynthia rocking that set too - we did great work!

CVS laid down heater after heater, ass shaker after ass shaker ... excellent set! one of the best i have ever heard ...

and thanks to everyone involved with this show, Jeff, Richter, Maria, and all of the people on your team, nice work!! the show went off without any major hitches or drama ... can't wait to do it again!

much love,
droid

I don't know anyone on here really or what is to be expected from the scene out these parts. Truth be told I've been dissappointed over all since I moved out here and it's one of the reasons I'm moving back to Colorado where techno reigns supreme and is laid down on the regular in Denver.

I only knew two things: I live out by Seattle these days and CVS was playing in Portland. So I drove down. Early...to insure entry as I knew nothing of the venue save it was part of a reggae festival. I don't care how he showed up or where it was at. Is the floor concrete? does the sound deliver? that's really all I care about. Having said all that I had a slammin good time. CVS delivered on all fronts. The vibe was great and the sound delivered. I left after 5:30 to catch a few hours of sleep before I would have to check out of my hotel and he was still laying it down. Nice choons from the opening cats as well. 5 out of 5 from me.

Glad I was able to be a part of it before I left for Colorado.

So thanks to all who were involved.. shit rocked.

Hands down one of the BEST parties at 24ten EVER! Reggae all day, tons of smiling faces and then the dirty bumpy shit at night! Now that is such a great way to spend a day! :) Couple things i wanna touch on:

~ this went OFF with ZERO drama. Considering we transitioned from live reggae to techno, gotta say that was smooth!

~Ekim, they where whelling when you cam on. That was like a flashmob just waiting for you to drop, never had i seen a crowd so intent on sweating and getting the beats moving! You started off with grace bro!

~Merchants of Cyn. Do it! Then do it again, really nice flows right thar'

~Jonathon of Platinum, thank you for getting the visuals going and making it look SO dope in the main room!

~Advanced Nutrients, Let it Grow!

~Jeff Ackley your my hero.

Now for bed! Bless up! :D

wowww.... What can I say? what an amazing party! thank you so much to all involved in making this enormous production GO OFF w/out a hitch... derichter, maria, JEFF.... all the staff at 2410 and of course all the homies that played - my boys Quilly & Droid, was an absolute pleasure to debut the Merchants of Cyn concept with you guys at this show. Peeps that was just a preview of what's in store! eKim, man you ROCKED it! that dubstep set was precisely what the crowd wanted served up at that moment, way to step in and bridge the time between reggae & clubnight perfectly :) so glad we were all able to shift/edit timeslots and still be part of the party. and Claude Vonstroke, what can I say. 5+ hours!! from the main Dirtybird himself! Was an honor to be involved in bringing it all full circle for your coming to our city for the third time. Jan 2007, Apr 2008, Dec 2009 ... let's get as much DB in PDX as possible during '10, riiiight?!?!?! :)

Also just want to say a big thanks to Celina, Victoria & Rebecca, three of my lovely girlfriends that came out & supported me at this show. All of you have your own things going on, and that you made time on this night to come play with me, means the world to me :)

I esp enjoyed when Jeff escorted CVS to the bathroom a few times. Good times! :)

It stands to say with so many things going on this night (Kaskade, Rusko, Gene Hunt) ... getting the word out about this show well in advance of the event date and getting the right team together is a winning formula. Way to represent, PDX!
