Last night turned out to be amazing. Even though Kaskade was unable to show up due to the new addition of the family that came into the world yesterday, Hi-May, Jenkins, & Evan Alexander rocked it! Jenkins through down some great hard tracks to get the crowd going, then Hi-May got the dance floor packed and jumpin up and down dancing all over the place! I loved the whole set! Our group of friends were on that dance floor almost all night. Evan continued the great beats to finish off the night. I must say even with out a headliner, Portland still knows how to rock it! Thanks guys for such a wonderful evening. Looking forward to the rebooking of Kaskade & Congrats!

Real classy, Red Cube.. You promptly wiped the flier from your webpage that night but could not be bothered to let people know Kaskade had cancelled? Way to pocket the money and run.

We apologize about any inconvenience that you went through but we pocketed NO ONE'S. We were asked to respect the families privacy untill they could put up an official press release. We honored their wishes. Although we're in a small market, with a small scene, Kaskade in some places is a HUGE star, which is why you wanted to be there. They didn't want it going around the internet as a rumor and wanted to make an official press release through their media channels.

As soon as we were allowed to we put the word out that he was not going to be there. We put signs up outside of the club, had our security and door people tell people that Kaskade could not make it, We lowered our cover, told you that he wasn't there. Everyone else still happily paid, and had a great time!

If you had a presale ticket from groovetix you got an email offering you a refund, or a ticket to the reschedualed date. We're still working on getting that date and will post it as soon as possible. If you did not receive this email please contact the ticket company customer service. I can possibly help facilitate this if you're having problems.

We're not trying to pocket anyone's money unfairly. If you ask any of our fellow promoters, we bring the best possible talent for the most reasonable prices possible. That's been our goal since day one.

If you paid the 5 bucks and somehow were the ONLY person in the city who didn't know, i will gladly meet u and give u 5 dollars. We don't want anyone to feel we've taken advantage of them. We surely didn't plan on Kaskade's wife going in to labor the morning/afternoon of our event.

PM me if you have any other questions, or want to vent anymore.
