Lusine : Fucking gorgeous downtempo into tech house set. Lots of new material and the first time I've seen him use hardware integrated into his laptop configuration. Sounded incredible and definitely set the tone of the night.

Nosaj Thing : Absolutely destroyed the place with a mix of hip hop remixes (Drake, Busta, Jay Z) and glitch that literally had the floor moving. At 24 Jason Chung is poised to be the West Coasts most in demand experimental hip hop producer and he couldn't be a more humble, unassuming guy. One of my top producers and performers at the moment.

Appparat : According to Sascha this will be the last dance/solo laptop set that he does. If so, he was definitely saving the best the last. He played pretty much all of my favorite material he's done over his 10 year career, including collabs with Ellen Allien, Modeselektor, Tikiman along with remixes and solo material, much of which he's never played live. He started out with electro, moved into techno and ended with dubstep, which worked beautifully. FYI, his set was only supposed to be 70 minutes and I had it not been for him ripping three faders off his controller during the performance, he would've kept playing :) Fucking mad man.

Thanks to everyone that came out. The show was sold out by 11 (sorry for anyone that didn't make it in). Over 700 people through the door and the energy was fantastic. Best Decibel NYE Party to date!
