Splendid event! Visuals, lights and musics, all got me moving.

I had so much fun last night. Music was sick in the main room all night and good times in the small room as well. Props to Reactionary, Chick-n-hed and Konkrete for an amazing time. Have not stayed out that late in a while.
I think Madam Bliss was my fav set of the night. Drank too much whiskey, but it was worth the good time.

i can't even begin to express how super duper spectacular awesome this weekend was...i am just so incredibly grateful for the time and energy everyone put into this...

to my fellow heds:
thank you thank you thank you to everyone who helped out...so much heart was put out there...set-up went great, the music was badass all around, deco looked incredible (omg awesome chicken egg), leo's visuals blew my mind, sooooooooo many door shifts covered, seamless and quick clean-up, seriously good vibes all around, pootoh!!11!!!1 (yode n lo dubbed their performance art poo ballet, but it really looked more like butoh to me, so we decided yesterday that it was pootoh), and love love love n hugs n supportive awesome friends...you guys seriously rock my universe...thank you for being such a great community and bringin' it hed style!

to reactionary/konkrete:
it was really great collaborating with you guys...the music in yr room was hells of awesome (i particularly loved shrubbery's set...sooooo good!)...even when things coulda been a little stressful (cuz throwing parties is hard work, yo!) you were super positive and easy to communicate with...just the way it should be! seriously mad love to you guys!

highlights for me:
*omg how did the jersey shore end up at our party? lol! so proud of my sweet hubby for rockin it hard n getting the crowd goin'...was super hilarious and incredibly surreal to see him surrounded by guidos/guidettes, with his very own groupie dancer (she was pretty cute, imho...hehe...nice to see matty get recognized for the hottie he is...teehee)...
*controlling the dancin' danson with a DDR pad was so fun...so glad that came together! so sweet! thank you to pete, dave, matty, and the other folx that helped out with making that happen!
*so stoked about the cute coloring everyone did in the living room...i'm pretty sure danson's never been so colorful...
*it was hells of cute talking to a few kiddies about how they didn't know who ted danson is...haha! super rad!

Big ups to the Hed and all the folks who made this great event happen. The music was great in both rooms all night. There was my beloved/beloathed Ten High in the well. Saw a lot of old friends and got to meet a bunch of new peeps too. It's funny how many strangers will come up and say hi when you're dressed like an idiot.

This party was full of good times and lols. John Glist and I had a great time throwing down for everyone. All the sets were really, really good. Tons of hardcore energy and classic ragga riddims. Got to meed Madam Bliss and she was so nice. Really enjoyed her set and the dubstep mix of hers on the ride home.
Love the creativity with the concept and execution of this party. It was a great time. Danson rules. And there was no Black face. ;)

i had soOoOoOoo much fun on saturday... this was a great collaborative effort and combination of different ideas that turned out to be an awesomely successful party.

much love and mad props to my chickenhed peeps for the amazing art installations and decor in the {danson with the stars} room... i was blown away by the virtual DDR ted danson, the living room set-up (complete with cheers and snuggies), the amazing glowing egg, the live video graphics, the giant light board, etc etc... you guys seriously outdid yourself this time! sO badass! :eek: :D :)

also mad props to all of the talented djs and producers! i thoroughly enjoyed the music throughout the entire night, and was on the dancefloor whenever i wasn't working the door. BIG UPS to NAKED SLICE :cool: for straight killing it in the main room at around 1am... it was cool to have you up from SF man!

and of course much love to penpointred, for your tireless dedication to making sure the party is always happenin! ;)

First and foremost I have to thank the hed collective who sparked the idea of the craziness that became DDR. The massive amount of talent an creativity that abounds from these kids is amazing and it brings me back to days of old. Shit was rocking in both rooms all night long...Music was great from everyone, i prollly made more mistakes than anyone else, but this party was a long awaited reunion for me with some good friends and I was a little tipsy.
Anyway it was a pleasure working with these maniacs and I'm sure I will again....Thank you all for the support and supporting the Jungle sounds!

Thank you reactionary for having me out, much appreciated. I loved this show. The chickenhed stage was super rad. feliz navidud was a hoot. My favorite part of the party was the bald DJ on the computer in the main room that played before penpointred. That was my favorite set i have hard in a long time, so much super happy 220 BPM dance fun time. Then the last hour i got to bounce back and forth between breakcore and psy trance..... i was a happy panda. I dont get to hear those 2 genres often, especially at the same time.

i think that bald dj you speak of might be me ;) i do solo lap top sets as Mr. GnarGnarKillKill anyways i am so happy you dug the set :) i played mostly local producers tracks, Theh8rs,Graz,foxdye and Rokhausen you should check these producers out if you like the type of music i played that night, cuz theres some seriously good fun fast hard ravey tunes coming from our local scene and i highly suggest them :)
