The pricing on water and drinks and shit was awesome, I think I ended up spending even more money than I normally would just because nothing was grossly overpriced like i'm accustomed to lol :)

Kickass job NSA, from getting security covered last minute to dealing with law enforcement. Not to mention how kickass the lasers and music was all night.

Now... off to bed, I gotta get rested cause next weekend is only five days away!!

It's definitely a sign of a crazy party when people stay in line for almost 2 hours waiting for security... and had all the fucked up shit that happened... and still turn out to be as overall epic as that.

goddamn i'm so bummed i missed this. i went there at like 10:45 & i was so confused about what was going on. i didn't see very many people in line or anyone really inside the venue, and people were saying no one could get in but the DJ's were still playing. that fucking sucks, sorry about that guys. i was going to stay but i couldnt see anything inside or the heaters. i got a little preview of the lightshow - amazing from what i saw but i was just so freezing & i'm broke as hell, so i decided to just go back home & drink some rum (haha). i mean, i waited around for 15 minutes but it was straight up just nothing happening for two hours. did cops come? A.C.A.B. man.

i wanted to see gorbachev so bad, i've been listening to that mix he has up on soundcloud for the past week straight. ughhh. next time. :(

Wanted to givea big thank to everyone for helping this event come together. The venue owner, the fire marshal and the city of Portland.

Great sets by Jaden, Dig-Dug, Jimni, Check6, DJDAZE, Gorbachev, Triage, NoFace and Rustik, Renegade, Flatline and Ekim, E Squared, Graduation Boy, DeafChild and Gorilladust, and Kalevra, Wish we could have had a better spot for you all but glad you all were able to come out and rock it.

Big ups to Top Notch and Kranked Noises for wicked sound and lighting. Looked and sounded great all night :)

And, the biggest thanks goes to everyone who came out and partied with us. We throw these shows for you guys and I hope despite some problems you had a good time :)

On the downside:

:rolleyes: The security was completely inept. Because of that we could not start our show on time and had to shut down early (they freaked out and left early). So, a huge apology tto everyone and especially those that were unfrotunate enough to have to interact wtih them. Needless to say we will be going after them in court and if anyone has a real grievence please let me know so we can try to build a better case against them.

:mad: Someone stole my lap top. Its a black HP and it has all my pictures on it from trips and what not. if anyone finds it there is a $600 reward.

:( Someone also grabbed the needles off our decks in the big room. Would be great if it was an accident and they are returned. But, if they were stolen and anyone hears who did it please let us know.

:mad::mad: Someone stole a DJs medical supplies right of the stage while he was playing. If anyone knows what happened with that let us know. Stealing equipment is one thing but stealing someones medical supplies is a whole new level of douchebaggery.

We are going to invest way more in infrastructure so that our following parties run smoothly. No more special event permits, rented venues, or contracted security for us.

Like I said we had a good time and I hope everyone else did too. We try hard to put these shows together and its always makes me feel good when people come up after the show and tell me that they had a good time. Even having my laptop stolen and the other crap we got to deal with last night was lessened by the smiling faces throughout the night and as we closed the party down. :D

I was busy for a lot of the time during this little shindig but i saw a lot of smiling faces so it must have been fun.
Cricket, it was very nice to meet you you're so full of happiness it makes me happy.
all you kids who came to party thank you very much for being legit all night. pretty much no problems with anything getting out of hand excluding of course the very rude security officer.

the venue was a too large for the crowd but i know our capacity got destroyed when we had to switch buildings. but the coldness was not as big an issue as i had conceived it to be. i know a lot of kids were shivering but i walked around all night in a button up flanel with rolled up sleeves and was fine.

First off big ups to the promoters for keeping this event going after all the set backs. Myself, I would have lost the little bit of hair I have left if it was my show.

Steph and I had a great time. We talked to a bunch of new people that we have not talk to before. It was nice people coming over to the laser table and chit chatting.

Great job keeping your vending prices low. I hope more promoter's take your lead.

And it's so not PLUR to steal. If anyone saw anything, please let the promoter's know. Just think when you work very hard to get something and than some one steals it. Won't you want to know who took it?

with a little help and some effort anything is possible! just wished the people hired to do security could be on the same page that night as the promoters, if they did it probably would have gone down differently.

All in all it was a great night,

As everyone has been saying, bummer about the security failing to do their jobs, but it happens I suppose. The majority of security companies in Portland I know of are full of fail. Only a few are decent. Haha.

But either way, the event was great, I loved your set Rustik.

Cricket, your set was absolutely amazing, twice I tried to walk away from your stage, but got pulled back by a new track. That's the kind of set I want to hear.

Truly this was a REAL rave. I feel as if I was part of a Radical Audio Visual Experience.

Thanks to EVERYONE who had a part in making this happen, and making this thing go down smoothly. I wish you only the best of luck in the future Nathan.
