Damn !
It was an awsome night at the Whiskey, PDX
Gotta thank REDCUBE for making this happen and allow us (FotoSafariClub) to video the the whole thing... yeah all 90 minutes of it !

DJ PipeDream got the place moving with his cool trax and then DJ The Perfect Syn took over until LCV arrived. You can see in part-1 as she hand over the audio to LCV and then the place errupted into a helluva frenzy. Everyone were jumping and screaming.

I had to cut out (from the video) some X-rated segment from the crowd as they went crazy when they saw our cameras recording ;)
heheh
If you look close enough I left in some of it that was acceptable but, damn.... that blond in front and her boyfriend should get a room!
I may add she was one hot babe.... ya know what I mean?

Watch the videos... yeah all 90 minutes and this is the time to switch on your sub woofer and turn it all the way up. If you're not dancing or jumping up and down when you hear the audio.... then.... shit, yer dead!

This was the first time we recorded at the Whiskey and gotta say, Paul has done a fantastic job with that place. It's clean, good food and ambiance is unmatched.
The sound system, lights, FX were perfect.
KUDOS, dude!

We're coming back as soon as we can.

Ted - thank you so much for taping this the video and sound are amazing!!! It is so nice to finally have one of Dylan's full sets up on youtube and to be able to listen to his new track "Back to the Light" (which isn't out yet) as well as some of his live exclusive remixes (i.e. Robot Rock). My husband and I both loved the Whiskey Bar it is so much nicer than any of the clubs we have here in Seattle (rockin sound system, clean, strong drinks, and excellent staff) we can't wait to go back! Dylan was impressed with the turnout and atmosphere especially when compared to Seattle gigs, but this may be because he appeals more to the older club goers than ravers and the past couple times he has been in Seattle he was booked at raves. Seattle production companies take note - can we get Dylan booked in a club sometime? But yes REDCUBE please bring him back to Portland. And this time hopefully he gets into town early enough so we can take him to Voodoo Donuts again but before they run out of bacon maple bars!

Wow!

Thank you kindly for your complement and astute observations RE: LCV :)
Nice to hear from a person who really appreciate our work.

We at FSC, take a lot of time and care to make sure the video is clear and the audio track is near CD quality in stereo. We record all audio better than CD quality but posting it online will reduce it somewhat with MP3.
Still, if you have a good speaker (subwoofer) system you can enjoy the entire range of frequency.

Redcube and Whiskey Bar is a class act.
It's my personal favorite place and 'am planning to come back many times as possible. In fact N-TYPE will be there this week (Thursday) and so will us to record him.
He's going to be in our "DUB in the NorthWest" documentary DVD along and other outstanding DJ's with DUB genre sets.
If ya wanna be in the video, come and let one of the three cameras see ya there :)

In closing, our complements to Paul at the Whiskey and Redcube for providing an excellent venue and talents for all of us to enjoy !

Yep I was in the LCV video! I was in the front wearing an "I love you but I've chosen disco" shirt. I was behind a blonde chick in a yellow tank top. Not sure if that was the same blonde doing x-rated things as I was too busy enjoying the set and not really paying attention to a lot of people around me.

And yeah even though converting the sound to mp3 reduces quality a little bit the clips still sound great on my Bose sound system!

The hubby and I can't make it down to PDX tomorrow, but we will be back to the Whiskey Bar soon!

No problem.... We'll edit and post the video of DJ-N-TYPE by next weekends.
Also check out "Signal Path" (Crown room) that we'll record Saturday (next day) and should be up the site a little after N-Type.
