starting something... newbie DJ's

OK future DJ's of America and true Party Kids. That excludes all you haters out there. This is what I want to see happen and if you wanna help me out in my dream than great cuz' I can't do it by myself.

A place where new DJ's can come and spinn for the music of it. Showing of their talents and such. This would all happen with community support, basically people like you.

Here's what's needed:
1) Space - not necasserly a club but a room. Can anybody provide a large basement/room/some sort of space? Indoors or outdoors, dosn't matter.

2) DJ's - newcomers that would want to present their style and play. You don't have to be no big name big shot, you just gots to love to spin. Whatever you'r style is dosn't matter.

See that's about it. You get all these DJ's that love to play or havn't had a chance to play for the public, you get a space of some sort. Than you invite people and just ENJOY.
It wouldn't be a club or rave but just a fun time, kinda like a "get-together".

Does anyone else see what I'm talcking about? No sponsors, no fancy flyers, just word of mouth. Kewl place to chill once a month or so. Can anyone help? Space and DJ's that wanna play, that's all that's needed right now and it can happen.

Hey peoples. it's going good. the main part I have to concentrate on now is space. Any sort of room. If I can get that than I can go ahead and start planning all the details and we'r offff....

Also, I think this is a great opp for new DJs to showcase their skillz... i have quite a few friends who would be willing to spin and who would be delighted to get their names out there.
