NW Folklife festival [may25-28]

I think it would be swell if anyone wanted to meet up and have a lil sit in the sun and listen to some tasty music.

Theres going to be some pretty rad stuff.. it's not just folk music from every single culture that is imaginable, but a lot of classes, drum madness, hip hop and jazz soul bluegrass enjoyment. I reccomend attendind and checking it out, since it's FREE (well suggested donation of $5).

Anyone want to meet also? Well, I am going on sunday and maybe saturday night depending on if I go camping.

i love folk life, one of the better massive festivals thrown in seattle. Better then bumbershoot... i'd be down to get down with some folks. i guess this might be well served in gatherings. :D

my drum-toting, frisbee chucking, happy ass will of course be in attendance again this year. i will actually be working all of the days for silver platters. my hours are pretty hardcore [10-10], but i get breaks and stuff...so i will probably be frequenting the fountain and the drum circle. =) if you run into our booth, come say hi!

Three hours of hip-hop on saturday! Aw Yeah! I always like the african dance and storytellers too, and watching the tribal pheromones kick in at the drum circle is always a good time :)

You can find me in the drum circles as well. :p If anyone wants to see my dance group perform there, it's on Saturday in the Wright Theatre (I think thats what its called)at 1:00. Meli*Beli and Leeloo, fellow board kids, will be performing with me too. Come see us, hope to see you all there.
