My gf's mom has been calling for the last 2 hours asking our friend for a ride. Fuck no! She can catch the bus just like I'm going to have to. We're all heading up to my gf's dad's place up in Greenwood, having dinner up there, then hopping another bus up to lake city to go to the Continuum to have more food and smoke hella weed as well. I'm not expecting to even get back until 2-4am. So that's our plan anyway. What are the rest of you doing? Going out to see your parents? Having a party at your place? Or no plans at all? Post here....

I'm going to venture out in my car to redmond. Just gotta make it to 405, the 520. Glad I was driving yesterday to get used to her in the snow. It's actually kinda fun in a mini. LOL... not much to slide.

Pretty typical. Goin to the "Land of Kirk" to have dinner with my mom, sis, aunt, uncle, wife, and the rest. Watch a movie, drink wine, and just chill.

A neighbor just called me, and he's willing to drive me to my gf's dad's place. But we're not picking up her mom. Nope. Not happening. That's what she gets for trying to call at 7am and off an on for 2 hours while we're all trying to sleep. I'm not going to rub it in her face, but honestly, me and my friend have a little time to go to Golden Gardens to smoke a bowl before we have to drive up to Greenwood. And we wouldn't want to smoke her out while the only question on her mind would be "So when are we going?". We'll show up when the food is just about ready, or we have the munchies. Either way.

I won't be going to see my folks, because the ferry traffic will be a Biotch, and it's just was just easier to hang with my gf's dad's place over the last few years. But I called them the other night and they're doing alright. I plan to see them next month.

Hey Ben, I've never heard of Kirkland as the land of Kirk, but it's kinda a trekky name to give the city. Dontchathink?

When I first moved out here from NC oh....about 21 years ago now...Someone had taken a cardboard cut-out of Captain Kirk giving the "Live long and Prosper" and placed it behind the "welcome to Kirkland" sign on I-405. So my first introduction to Kirkland was exactly that.

Sadly, growing up there was not the cool, nerdcore experience that I had hoped it would be. :(

She had a car, but sold it to donate money to a animal shelter. She's also maybe better off now having to ride the bus for the safety of other drivers's safety, if you catch my drift. And damn was she a pain in the ass yesterday. We didn't try to stay too long at her dad's place because she was such a witch to deal with. But I didn't get any time to digest the food from her dad's place, because when we made it to the Continuum, they were ready to eat when we got there. So I had to smoke weed and get warm by the fire outside for about 2 1/2 hours, before I could eat another bite. But somebody brought the yummiest mac n cheese ever over, and I had some of that. My Pecan pie got eaten up, but I had a slice of apple pie, but it tasted salty! Yeccch! The rest of the night I hit the vaporizor bag, until I sat down and passed out watching Squidbillies. By the time I woke up we started watching Aqua Team Hunger Force's movie, and then it was time to go home. Sounds like you all had a good one. But no Black Friday for me. I've got a cold, so I'm better off staying home.
