it's bigger than the average human stomach.
if you were to drink it all in one sitting for the first time would you vomit the excess or choke on it?

My favorite line so far: "Forget the Master Cleanse: This puppy offers more liquid than the average human stomach can hold. Factor in its diuretic and laxative properties and this is one terrifying beverage."

A tall coffee from Starfucks is like instapoop for me. I can't imagine what would happen if I drank one of those.

I like how they figured nobody gives a rip about the "quality," so why not just go for the quantity?

I read one of the articles saying that the most caloric beverage used for that cup would be in the 230 - 250 range....

The only real advantage I can think of with this cup would be going through the airport and using that cup for water to go on the airplane. I buy liter bottles of water all the time... so this is just shy of a liter... and at the airport, I'm guessing starbucks would be MUCH cheaper for a water container.

"Even so, what's up with a drink that can't fit in your stomach? The obvious deduction is that the drink is targeted to people whose stomachs are already stretched and strained by obesity. The coffee giant is offering the Trenta mostly in the South, not in quick-paced East Coast cities."
Oh, this is such bullshit.
Im certainly not obese, and I drank a 32 ounce gatorade 2 hours ago and still havent pissed. On top of that, my bladder can hold over 80 ounces.

there's a coffee stand in bellingham that offers a 32 ounce, 8-shot drink.
then again, starbucks coffee has more caffeine per serving than any other coffee on the fucking planet. something like 320 mg for one of their double drinks and their brewed coffee is about 110 mg of caffeine per serving instead of 60-80 like a normal coffee.
starbucks = crack

That's so weird, I always find I am less caffeinated after one of their drinks.... I start buzzing whenever I go to any one of the good cafes.

Lol my wife works for sbux and told me about this a while ago...I laughed heartily, because its only a matter of time before the release the monster-ass vats like you can get @ 7Eleven for fountain drinks.

well considering 32 oz is pretty darned close to a full 10 cup pot of coffee...it pretty much is a VAT of coffee...
this coming from the man that starts his day with a 20oz quad mocha
or 2-3 big cups of drip (i think my commuter cup is a 16oz volume)

U.S. to fight Bolivia on allowing coca-leaf chewing
Washington wants the U.N. to keep the ban, but Bolivia insists use of the stimulant is a vital cultural tradition.

I remember 7/11 and am/pm had those trucker 40oz mugs . and they now have liquid crack machines and on top of that these wonderful drives can boost themselves even more with some energy pills.

next thing you know it'll be like vegas where you have that 3 liter drink with a strap that goes around your neck to hold it up full of coffee.
