i wouldn't necessarily call the smell of printed things an aphrodisiac but they do smell amazing. i don't think it has to do with power, knowledge, OR money. i'm pretty sure paper just smells good.

like i mentioned also, the same is also true of newly opened packs of nerd cards :o there's nothing powerful, knowledgeable, or rich about magic nerds yo. but they smell fucking awesome. the cards can't help that they smell amazing but are almost solely handled by weirdos lol
