On a more pop tip - I will go with the grotesquely grandiose "All of the Lights" by Kanye West. I can be assured to hear it within 10 minutes of tuning to 92.5 or 93.3, and that cast of characters just keeps one upping each other until Elton John and Alicia Keys tradeoff wails at the end = brilliant.

grotesque is a good word for it. i usually appreciate kanye's beats for being just as dense / complex / layered as they need to be. to me this song sounds messy, especially for kanye. i haven't been able to get into it. maybe it will grow on me.

lol i had no idea alicia keys and elton john were even on that song, i always change the station.
