John--Get in touch with me at milesnorman@home.com, not the contact listed in my profile. I'd love to hear from you and there's a lot to talk about.

Concerning anyone with prior knowledge pertaining to Buzztracker: does anyone know of a machine/technique to produce a low growling bass tone that doesen't involve the Primifun machine (maybe my reportoire of machines is limited, but this is the only one thus far that has met my needs to any extent)? I have problems with the decay from one note leading into the next and making for some general muddyness and uninteresting sound. I'm working really hard on finding a very specific, special bass tone and I was wondering if anyone had some tips on getting that fat, funky, versatile bass sound in Buzz.

If anyone on this board just wants to talk Buzz locally, feel free to drop me a line.

Hope to hear from you,
Seth

That Jungle track at kinetics website was mostly produced in buzz,at least the loops and pieces. Come out to Jim's party on Thursday and we'll rap. The sound you want is easy to get in Buzz once you do it once. hell its about all I use it for anymore!!

I dunno off the top of my head...I'm sure there is...check some of the articles @ www.spinwarp.com. (http://www.spinwarp.com.) Alot of them are written with buzz users in mind and there are a number devoted to basslines.
