Well, I just think that everybody in the NW electronic music scene is either a HOUSE-HEAD or really into DRUM&BASS with vary little trance and no god damn GOA.
The last time I have even heard of GOA in seattle was at Heaven Sent and the guy never showed.

um, [inertia labs] just had a goa party on 4/28... they also take over half of fokus/blur at aristocrats on the last thursday of every month, i think....

Go to Phoenix Festival this year, they're sure to have plenty of really good goa playing there. Anything thrown by Inertia Labs is sure to be representing goa for sure.
