Sure, it took me forever, but I finally got around to hacking a way to show pictures in member profiles. I'm kinda surprised that functionality wasn't in vBulletin to start with, since it's really pretty simple.
Anyway, point is that if you go in and edit your profile, you can now add a URL to a photo of yourself. People can see that when they view your profile (see mine for an example).
