aka <I>warehousus boogerus</I> in latin - they go waaaaay back. Franciscan monks used to get them during the middle ages when they were deeeep deep in the wine cellar chanting 'til the wee hours. Nowadays we call 'em 'warehouse boogers' - fear them and do NOT, under any circumstances, eat them (YECCCH!)

they do make neat patterns on tissue when blown very hard from the nose...

just don't blow your nose so hard that it starts to bleed...especially with the hot weather!

It happens at all warehouse parties.. and even outdoor parties with lots of smoke..

Maybe weak but true. I'm blowing the party/dust/smoke particles out of my nose for about 20 minutes before I go to bed after a party. I learned if you clean all that junk out of your nose instantaneously after a party, you feel great when you wake up the next morning ;)
