READ!! important info. about entrapment!!

ok, so i don't know how many people have heard this, but it's something i've always been told and i just found out the TRUTH.

** ever heard that if you ask someone if they are a cop or affiliated with the law in any way that they have to tell you otherwise it's entrapment??

TRUTH: they don't have to tell you!! they can say whatever they want to you to get you to go along with them.

understand wut i'm saying here??

example: someone offers you drugs or asks where to get drugs.
you say: are you the police??
they can tell you no so that you'll buy the drugs or find the drugs or whatever and then you are BUSTED!!

i have always been told that they HAVE to tell you, but they don't!! a friend of mine was taking a criminal justice class and she asked her instructor and her instructor said law enforcement can and DOES say anything they want to in order to bust someone.

Duh.....
thats just stupid story's that drug dealers tell themselves to make themselves feel safe about what they are doing...it's just stupid rumor that makes people feel like they have a "Way Out" if they get into trouble

Also,
If someone is stupid enough to sell drugs to a cop, even if they don't think they are, they should be arrested....the less drugs in the scene the better.
you shouldn't be warning them, you should keep the rumor going so more of the drug dealers are hauled of to jail.....
which would equal less etards = more dance space
