Posting Pictures

Can anybody help me????
everytime I try to post a picture like the vB Code Help tells me too, all I see on my post is a blank box with that stupid little red x in the upper left hand corner.....
can anybody help shed some light on whats wrong????

There is no real "nwtekno" party pictures site. Your best chance of finding pictures of selected parties is in various members sites or "reviews"
