I'm trying to move to California to go to school, but I'm still on this lease until June 15th! I need to move now to start looking for a job and place to live down there before school starts. You wouldn't be taking over the whole lease, just sharing it w/ Jenna who is also on it. I can be ready to move out within 2-3 days so please help me out and give me a call! ;)
Rent: 375/mo. plus utilities which aren't at all expencive! My room is the master bed room and the largest room in the house, even bigger than the living room!
Location: 1417 NE 65th ST Seattle WA 98115
The house is located in the U-Dist right across from a cafe, a pizza hut, and a nice organic fruit market. The ave is less than 2 min away by bus and a 5 min walk. Also it's located 2 blocks away from whole foods, QFC, many fun shops and salons, Hollywood and Scarecrow video stores, Bartell's, 1 block away from Jalisco's mexican restaraunt, 3 nice bars, a sub way, a terriaki place, and a Taco Del Mar. Also right out your doorstep there are 2 bus stops for the 71, 72, 73, and 48. Any
of the 70's will take you to down town or to 45th where you can catch a ton of buses. :) Also just 2 blocks away are the 68, 67 which take you to Northgate transit center and the Northgate mall.
Description: It's a nice sized house w/3 other very nice party kids who are rarely home. They're all very fun to live with ^_~ It's a safe neigborhood and our neighbors are waay nice. The whole parking lot is available for our use after 7pm till 7am...so if a party house is what u had in mind then this is the place to 4 you. We've often blasted our music loudly and our neigbors have never complained! Not once! But if quiet is what you like, everyone is very respectfull of you and will tone it way down. Actually I was the one who made the most noise being that I was home the most. Pets are welcome too.
