i've decided i want to try to eat more vegan stuff but i SUCK at cooking.. looking for seattle people for cooking collaborations. *grin*

I don't cook Vegan myself, but used to date a girl that did...she got most of her recipes from a book called "Easy Vegan Cooking," and it seemed like most of the stuff was pretty simple (not in a bad way) and easy to make. I'm sure you can find it on Amazon, or at least Google for sure.

we have (cheap) tasty meals delivered because of our busy-ness. It's great! I order a-la cart now, however, as I wasn't fond of their Korean dishes.
