Everything about that party was just too perfect. Katalyst made me wanna run up to the speakers and lick them. But MC2 needed to pass the mike, he got annoying after awhile (anyone that tries to impersonate Jamalski and fails miserably gets an "f" in my book)

Did someone just say MC's suck. That is a very silly silly comment. Yes bad MC suck, and they fuck up the vibe of the music. But if you combine some sick ass D & B beats with a Jamacian MC that can flow. You better watch out because I am goign to come unhinge. there is something about a jungle mc that gets my mojo going. The rhymes the beats I dont know what it is. Thats my story and I am stiking to it.

yay for a fuckin' great party itzasony!

i loved every minute of it...from Elroy's kick ass opening set until we left very late (was it 4:30 or 5?)

anyhow, i thought the vibe was great...so many nice people & so many hugs & smiles...it was truly a good experience...

i also met a very sweet kid who was at his very first party & he loved it...he kept talking about all the cute dancers & how nice everyone was...what a good party to have as your first, dontcha think?

there was a very good mc in the small room at around 2 or 3...his voice was really nice, his words were like poetry & he had such freaking great rhythm that it ADDED to the music...i found myself dancing to him & it was amazing...so there are some good mcs out there...they're just rare

unfortunately the mc in the main room wasn't what i'd call good

Hey hey! All in all I had a pretty good time. The vibe was great and all of the people I talked to were havin a good time. Though I didn't do much talkin'. For some reason I was just "off" all night...
Just to add my thoughts on whole MC thing...
I'm a really big fan of good MCs. Mostly UK ones such as Skibadee, Foxy and the Rage. Posi-D from NYC is pretty good as well. If ya have douts check them out at groovetech.com. But the MC in the front room "Fat Fubu Boy" I've titled him needed to shut the $#%@ up! he couldn't flow at all I couldn't understand him when he did talk. Oh and another thing who in the hell let the guy with the bongo drum in. He was hittin' that god damn thing so hard that I couldn't even here the music. If I were on the tables while that guy was doin' his thing I would have been pissed. Its like if you were to bring a stereo that was louder than the sound system in and play your own music over thiers. Oh boy was I agrivated!! Like I said all and all I had a good time. Much love to Meriel. Oh well I'm gonn ashut up now...

I had lot's of fun. The little black MC guy with the hat kicks ass! He is way nice too, I forget his name though. I was impressed with Katalyst, and the dubplates from his label he had. Fucking sick! Speaking of dubplates, I know that just about everybody left by the time Zacharia went on... but he played some of his own dubplates, and they were fucking AWESOME.

thanks for all the props guys! ***madhugs*** i'm glad everyone had a good time! i've already started planning the next party for the end of june and i hope ALL of you (no excuses this time) can make it. i'm flying up 2 dallas kidz for this party and there are gonna be a couple of other big names as well as a board kid. *scratching temple* i'll let you guys know more once things start falling into place. the turn out wasn't as big as i had hoped and i ended up losing a bit o' cash but hey...not too shabby for a first party, right?! NEways...i want to also apologize for donald flaking out and just being a busta. at least zach was kind enough to spin at such short notice. **madprops* for zach. hmmm...what else was there. there will be no body (boobie) painting. it was a neat concept when first discussed with my co-collaborator but i realized it was a mistake after seeing how it was taking away from the dj's and the music. as far as mc's go, the little skinny black mc in the side room is named Brown Mug. i talked to HBomb on thursday and they may team up. *shrug* i don't have much to say anymore i guess except i'm glad you guys came down to support me and this was a load of fun and there will be mad more parties from Atarashi Productions in the coming future. ***madhugs2Uall*** for making this party what it was!
