Well hey now, emerald kitten! This is great.... and very relevent (sp?). It offers the current newbies the ability to see how all of the older board members behaved when they joined, and gives them a satisfactory means of behavior comparison. It is comforting to know that the older members were once eager and retarded as well (or at least a good number of them). Not that all new members are waifty, but you get my drift.....
