Are you at a loss of energy today, feel grumpy or irritable?
You are suffering from a case of the "Non Breakfast eating blues"!
Many people skip breakfast because they don't feel hungry, or they're trying to lose weight, or "I don't have the time to eat in the morning"
People who eat breakfast are more likely to get the daily reccomended intake of all the food groups.
Concerning weight loss, a high fibre, high-carbohydrate breakfast helps you feel full and satisfied, so you don’t snack. A high fibre, high-carbohydrate breakfast is also usually low in fat so the fullness is achieved at a lower calorie intake , and our bodies burn energy from food more efficiently in the morning than later in the day.
Even in casual everyday ways, foods can be strongly associated with certain events or feelings and can play a big role in setting our moods; think about having french toast when you were a little kid (mmmmm syrupy) or crepes, bagels (round goodness), or a big bowl of [insert favorite cereal here]
Did you eat breakfast today?

i dont think its very good. cereal is mainly gross(except peanutbutter capncrunch) and i never eat it. i usually chug 2 mountain dews or a rawk star and eat an energy pill for breakfast that generally puts me in a fine m00d.. lunch and dinner are WAY better. plus, im lactose intolerant so when i do happen to, on that rare occasion, eat some cereal, i get a stomach ache and get sick anyways.(unless im not lazy and use almond milk) but really, breakfast is not essential, caffeine is.... :)

i prefer cigarrettes and beer for breakfast, although sometimes i just have to settle for smoking twice as much to make up for lack of beer... or vice versa.

Hey... I didn't say it had to be healthy! My favorite is leftover lasagne and coffee with a scoop of french vanilla icecream in it!

EW I don't like breakfast either, unless it's coated in sugar, or not breakfast food at all...eating in the morning usually makes me feel sick...

"the daily reccomended intake of all the food groups" is a crock of propagandist horseshit pushed by the meat and dairy industries.

Jack in the box has breakfast 24/7. Nothing hits the spot at 4am like French Toast Sticks and Root Beer. :)

Jack in the Box is the worst food chain in the worls. Every time i have eaten there, the meat is chewy and bland. The fries were stale, and the syrup to carbonated water ratio was way off. I have never left a JitB satisfied, ever.
