Mulholland drive (dont read if u havent seen the movie)

This movie took me three times to get.. Very good movie.. The only way that i see that the movie makes sense. Is the whole first half of the movie is a dream. Than the second half is real. the blond chick is in love with the black hair chick and comes up with an alter ego who happly falls in love with black hair chick which conviently lost her memory. So in real life the blond hair chick gets pissed of at the black hair chick cause she is not in love with her and has her killed by a hit man. Than when she is killed she get really deppressed and hides in her room and dreams up the first half of the movie. Than eventually kills herself..
Is this what anyone else got out of this movie or did you get something different?

that's the basic jist of the movie from what i've seen. they're too many metaphors to explain in this post. i've only seen in it twice, though, but i've been able to piece together most of the scenes.
David Lynch is brilliant.

Another great movie, though not a David Lynch flick, i recommend is Jacob's Ladder. it gave me an acid flashback just from watching it. definately a solid mind-fuck-flick.
