But correction, cheese is not the single best thing the cow has given us, milk is...for without milk, there is no cheese.

I was just eating a sandwich savoring the taste of the medium cheddar when I read this thread. I must agree, cheese is more leet than Dave Thomas.

My personal favorite cheese? Bandon Extra sharp, aged 4 years.

That tilamook cheese you losers seem to think is soooo great out here straight sucks. Try some Vermont cheese. Cabot. Trader Joe's carries it because Trader Joe also knows the cheese here blows :D

God, I love cheese.

For my birthday, my sister got me the Chevre of the Month Club. It's a dream come true.

But Wisconsin cheese is ASS. I live din Iowa for two years and ate it all the time, and it was terrible. Perhaps their craft cheeses are better, but the mass produced stuff sucks.
