I'm just wondering if anyone knows what's going on downtown portland... I hear a ton of fireworks...

Jullian, Amy, Dave, Allison and I were hanging out on the roof of Jullian's building last night, and we saw it too... We don't know what was going on, but it looked cool.

Yea I was driving home and saw a huge gathering down at the waterfront. I know Rock Fest was going on but didn't think it was being held there. Anymore buzz on what was taking place?
