At least Im pretty sure thats actor Woody harelson. I cant imagine what it would like to be him, but I Imagine that it would take a lot of courage to basically be the face behind the Marijuana / Pro hemp movement. At last America can finally identify someone associated with ending prohibition. Mad props to the Wood.
