So, I've had the worst luck with roommates this summer. I just recently put a deposit down on a really nice 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Magnolia--and my roommate called me two days ago and left a message on my answering machine that she doesn't think she can afford it anymore, so she's just going to get a room somewhere instead. Yet, she's going to Italy for two weeks so I won't be able to get a hold of her to talk about it.(This is the second prospective roommate I've had back out).

I wouldn't normally post on the board for something like this--but I have to exhaust all possibilities in trying to find someone to live with. I'll already be losing money if I don't keep this apartment, and I don't have much time to find somebody.

I go to UW (I'll be a junior), I'm 21,female, laid-back and outgoing, etc.etc.

If anyone is in need of a place to live and
-can pass a credit check (to be put on the lease)
-has a full time job or goes to school (college)
-doesn't mind a cat (I have one)
-likes to have lots of fun yet can respect study time
-doesn't smoke or doesn't mind smoking outside (there is a balcony)

then..Please Email Me...at Shotsie_99@yahoo.com

I'll give you more details when you email me....
Thanks,
:)~Alissa~ :)

You sound like a reasonable sort of gal - if I didn't have a one year lease on the place I'm at, I would so move in with you. Good luck.:)
