so i got terminated today from at&t wireless, sweet.........mutherfuckers, its a long story, basically my fault ... i missed alot of work, they said no more missing work, so last weekend a frend was spose to give me a ride and just didnt come......i got to work but, i was an hour late, so now im fucking jobless, which is ok since im joining the church of sub-genius so i can officially say i believe in slack.......i did a good fucking job, my supervisor even cried, and her words as she walked me out.."you're a good person, but you trust people too much..."
so now im officially JADED.
and i dont give a fuck cause i believe in slack, aliens, porn, and BOB DOBBS.

Dude I've been the queen of slack since March. Aside from being broke all the time and having to make the occasional call to my mom for food money, its not all that bad. Going to bed at 6am and waking around 3pm or so is rather enjoyable for me. Ya don't get that monday morning drag because all the days just roll into one giant day/night thinger where you sleep whenever you get tired or when you want to. You definitely learn new and inventive ways to entertain yourself. The ONLY two thinga I miss about working are the constant income thats above what unemployment gives me, and the not having to look for a job because you already have one (trying to find a decent job when you have pink hair isn't so easy).

Oh and thinking up "some stupid product to sel to the masses" would defeat the purpose of slacking.

as for money, the govt will supply my needs. teehee. and mom will make sure i dont starve, well, maybe.

yea well, i just got back form the land of seattle. seeing the rain was soooo cathartic, i never thought i would miss it so much, even tho i still fucking hate it.

i decided i hate sacramento. maybe if i could afford to live elsewhere in cali, i wouldnt want to leave, but i do. i went to some parties in seattle, saw my frends and family, met some board members, and i am still amazed at seattles diverse and might i add WONDERFUL assortment of slacking individuals.
so i am moving back.
my lease is up in dec....i have made a few connections while there and hopefully can save enuff monry to get the move started.
i dont know if i will stay but.....it felt like home again, and i miss that feeling. being here without any family and really, not very many good frends at all, i am fucking lonely. i hate the scene here. i spend too much time in front of this computer. and seattle felt like home, might i reitterate that i MISS that feeling. i dont have that insac, it still feels so alien.

As I work at all damn day at my job, it's me and the rest of the taxpayers that are supplying your needs! They "key" to ultimate slackage is not to be a slacker now. It is to work your ass off while you have the energy and take time as you go for air (vacation), then retire early.
I'm not dis-ing anyone for using a "safety net" when they need it. Perhaps you've paid your share into unemployment anyways, but the attitudes I hear about living off the government suck. I mean pick up a skill while you're "off the clock" (nothing formal or your checks will stop coming in) at the very least. Invest in yourself so you can get a job that will give you at least a little enjoyment while you suffer through the workday. You'll regret the time you've wasted when you've drained your welfare options.

as to getting sick of it, i spose i am a person easily amused because i am not. i have been jobless since septemeber, and i stil get that weekly paycheck...which happens to be more than plenty. the best part, besides staying up till 4 am posting here and sleeping during daylight hours is that i have free time to do what i love the most. slack, yes that;s right folks, slack.
i mixx it up though, mind you. i have been oil painting again for the first time in years since i actually have the time to do it now. more time making music. more time to spend with the people i love. it seems wrong yet oh so right.
i have traveled to a few places, not all too far away however, i have been able to go to seattle a number of times, socal, ill finally get to burning man.
i moved to yp my grampa's house, by choice mind you. and despite what you may think i really love iy. it's me nad him in a big house in the hills near napa and it's like a permamnant vacation. life is good indeed, when you can avoid the most responsibilty possible. we reeek of havoc, yes, thank god grampa finds my pyro tendencies and mullet fetish humurous and amusing. AND the best part is no rent and free food and a nice big house thats mine all mine except those daylight hours which i sleep and grampa wakes. i have been building my nest egg and frivolously spending cash at the same time, thanks california, for supporting my slack habit.
i got a new kitten to keep my grown cat companyand am considering a third, these creatures are hours on end of good times when there's nothing better to do that chase them around and chant bob.
no, you dont care about all this but i might as well share, i may inspire a potential slacker and we can make out own bob and live on lazy.
i have worked since i have been 16 and i was never your 9to5 gal, so this is a dream, a waking fantasy, and the sign says more bob ahead.
i even invested in a sewing machine and taught myself how to make my own clothes. this takes up hours of time i would normally be spending doing customer service fro strangers who would treat me like shit. it makes me feel productive and yet, i can do it in my pj's without havingto worry about a schedule to keep.
maybe it's just me but, as korn would say, got the life.
