your situation is not uncommon at all... *especially* among younger/teenage guys.

the keys:

1) practice not cumming quickly when you masturbate
2) always orgasm *before* intercourse. if you're too shy to explain it to your partner, go somewhere and do it yourself so you're prepared.

i really don't think that you should sleep with people if you can't talk to them about sex, though. if you can't talk to them about this, how can you talk to them about std's, pregnancy (assume it's het-sex), emotional consequences, and everything else that goes along with fucking?

I think saying "this isn't right" is unfair to the girl you're sleeping with, you should at least tell her the truth and give her the option to sleep with you or not. If a guy told me he had that problem and I would be ok and work on it with him.
