View Full Version : embedded pictures in BSP forum...

is it just me or are embedded pictures disabled in the BSP forum? I have a little image tag I wanted to embed in the post for my new mix but when I do it just lists the url link to the image instead of displaying it?

you won't see the example in my post now..took it out since it didn't seem to be working but if you need an example let me know..

and I know I had my vbcode right! in fact what the heck why not try it here:

What do you mean it still doesn't work. I can see the picture fine from 3 different systems

you do know i'm talking about the BSP forum and not this thread right?

the picture appears at the top before the tracklist for you?? I've tried on a mac and a pc and only the link shows up...

anyhow like I asked before...*what* did you *do* to fix it as you've said?

Looks like you don't have a closing [/B] at the end of the img src= statement. Edit your html image source tag to say add [/B] right after the [/img]

eh? wtf [/b] designates the end of a bold tag... I tried it anyways per your advice for sh*ts and giggles and it didn't help...

A missing [/B] will simply cause all text afterward to be bolded (until the tage is closed)- that is not the case here.
Also, HTML doesn't work on nwtekno, so IMG SRC won't do much.

The issue is simply that embedded images are intentionally disabled in the BSP forum. They all come out as links.

Yeah thats what I figured...but why are they intentionally disabled? whats the reasoning behind that?
